Street address, then approach
The city’s directory places Bayfront Park on Biscayne Boulevard. A familiar Downtown reference may locate the general conversation while your own destination is on another block or building side.
Give the street number and relevant entrance. If a car is involved, add the parking facility and level. The parking guide explains how the vehicle approach can differ from the building’s main address.
Separate the unit from the building
You may already have lobby access while the private unit key is missing or not turning normally. Describe where you can reach and which piece of hardware needs attention.
For an authorized residential request, identify the unit and approving contact. A common entrance, reader or shared parking system has its own manager; it should not be assumed included in the private-door work.
State what the business needs
For an office or shop, say whether the fault affects entering, securing the door or a staff key arrangement. Keep the person approving the job available and identify the actual suite.
The commercial information covers those ordinary lock questions. Call with the precise Downtown destination to check scope and availability, especially when another person must arrange permitted access.
