Sort the items before the call
Identify the affected item in ordinary terms: metal key for the unit, credential for the lobby or fob for the car. Say which one still works and where access stops.

The city’s facility directory lists Founders Park on NE 190 Street, south of Lehman Causeway. That is a useful orientation point without telling us the location of your entrance.
Give the building number and relevant unit or vehicle position. The Hallandale Beach notes apply if the address is in that separate city rather than Aventura.
Decide what the lost item means
If a private key has disappeared, describe whether you also want to address copies that might remain in circulation. Include any existing difficulty with the lock.
