Use the municipality as written
South Miami is a separately listed Miami-Dade municipality. Municipal material identifies Dante Fascell Park on Red Road; that public destination is useful orientation rather than a service address.
Give the location of the actual lock. If your property is in Pinecrest, say that instead of using a broad southern Miami description.
Notice what the key does
Does it enter normally and fail to turn, or does the handle move while the door stays closed? A short account helps distinguish the conversation without a remote diagnosis.
Our door and key guide offers ordinary observations to share. Stop forcing anything that feels close to breaking.
Ask about the whole request
For a private home, identify the person approving the work and whether another entrance is already available.
For a car, provide the make, model, year and parking position. Call to check availability for the specific South Miami address, then ask which parts of an estimate can be discussed now and which need the hardware assessed.
